Eric Talley
Eric Talley is a Berkeley Law professor serving as faculty co-director of Boalt's Berkeley Center for Law, Business and the Economy. An authority on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and law and economics, he has published several papers on the emergence of new social enterprise corporate forms. In addition to teaching, he has managed RAND Corporation's Institute for Civil Justice, Center for the Study of Corporate Ethics, Governance and Law, and Center for the Study of Small Business Litigation and Regulation. Professor Talley earned his JD and PhD from Stanford University.
Kendall Baker
Kendall Baker serves as Chief Financial Officer at Revolution Foods. She has over fifteen years of multi-industry experience in building, strengthening, and leading companies in various start-up, turnaround, stable, and high growth situations. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, fund-raising, strategic financial planning, and budget management. She previously served in several senior level finance positions at Bechtel. Ms. Baker earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Jan Piotrowski
Jan Piotrowski is Head of Venture Coverage at Credit Suisse, an integrated investment bank serving institutional, corporate, government and high net-worth clients. He oversees the bank’s VC relationships and performs advisory services for the VC community and earlier-stage portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Mr. Piotrowski managed equity and debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate finance for technology companies across various verticals. Mr. Piotrowski earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mark Perutz
Mark Perutz is a partner at DBL Investors, and helped manage the founding of DBL Investors in January 2008. He is on the board of Revolution Foods and has worked with Tesla Motors, SolarCity, RallyPoint, and eMeter, among other companies in the clean energy space. He was formerly an equity research analyst at Robertson Stephens. Mr. Perutz received his MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and received his MBA from the Sloan School of Business at MIT.
