Susan Mac Cormac
Susan Mac Cormac is a partner in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. She serves as co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s Clean Technology Group and Private Equity and Venture Investment Practice and as the co-chair of the Working Group for the Flexible Purpose Corporation. Ms. Mac Cormac has extensive experience representing start-up to late-stage private companies in the clean technology or sustainable space, and she has deep expertise in structuring nonprofit/for-profit "Hybrids" and new corporate forms. Ms. Mac Cormac earned her JD and LLM degrees at Duke University.
Will Fitzpatrick
Will Fitzpatrick serves as general counsel and secretary of the board to Omidyar Network and helped design and implement ON’s novel legal structure, which comprises a private foundation and a for-profit entity with integrated governance structures. He provides governance and strategic support to the board and leadership team, structures and negotiates deals for both for-profit investments and nonprofit grants, and advises ON's portfolio organizations on governance structures, conflicts of interest, and intellectual property issues, among others. Mr. Fitzpatrick earned his JD from Columbia University.
Ayesha Wagle
Ayesha Wagle is the President of KOMAZA and responsible for leading fundraising and strategic initiatives to enable scaling and have the greatest impact possible. Prior to joining KOMAZA, she worked at Morgan Stanley and spent five years managing the global loan portfolio at MicroCredit Enterprises, a California non-profit committed to reducing poverty by financing microentrepreneurs. Ms. Wagle graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and International Relations and earned a Masters degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
Rick Moss
Rick Moss is the Managing Director and Founder of Better Ventures. Mr. Moss thrives on solving customer development challenges for startups and spends most of his waking hours at the whiteboard. He has 18 years of technology, entrepreneurship and corporate venture capital experience with Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Computer Sciences Corporation, The Modem Shop (which he founded) and Kleiner Perkins-backed WineShopper.com (acquired by Wine.com). Mr. Moss holds a BA from Trinity College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
